ACS Secretary General meets the Ambassador of the Dominican Republic

The Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), Ambassador Alfonso Múnera Cavadía met with Ambassador of the Dominican Republic in Trinidad and Tobago, His Excellency José Serulle Ramia on 04 May 2012 at the ACS Headquarters.
