It is not a usual occurrence for a prime minister to visit, so when St. Lucian Prime Minister The Honourable Allen Chastanet visited the ACS Secretariat in Port-of-Spain on Wednesday, he met with Secretary General, Her Excellency Dr. June Soomer.
