24th Ordinary Meeting of the ACS Ministerial Council

The 24th Ministerial Council of the Association of Caribbean States met in Managua, Nicaragua on Thursday, March 28, 2019. The ministers/representatives met in the lead up to the 8th Heads of State/Government Summit.
