Caribbean Sea Sub-Commissions Hold Unprecedented Meeting

For the first time the Legal and the Scientific + Technical Sub Commissions of the Caribbean Sea Commission (CSC) have met to discuss matters related to preserving and protecting the Caribbean Sea. At the meeting, representatives discussed a work plan and preparation for the United Nations report on designating the Caribbean Sea as a special area in the context of sustainable development.
