Secretary General Mission in Costa Rica - 2

On his mission to Costa Rica, ACS Secretary General engaged with Vice President of Costa Rica, Epsy Campbell; Foreign Minister of Colombia, Marta Lucía Ramírez; and Director of UNECLAC, Diane Quaress. This represented an important opportunity since the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, to conduct diplomacy in person in support of the Region's ongoing efforts to kickstart sustainable recovery.
